AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE BY ESTABLISHING NO
PARKING ON WATER STREET IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by ESTABLISHING a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau at the following location:
Water Street - east side, starting at the northeast
corner of Water Street and Broadway Street, extending
north 60 feet.
ARTICLE 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
