ORDINANCE NO 3096
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING PERMANENT SEWER EASEMENTS
AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS FROM VARIOUS
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR THE ARENA CREEK SANITARY SEWER
PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a Temporary
Construction Easement executed by Duane and Toni Moll, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri an easement for the Arena Creek Sanitary Sewer Project, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
THREE TRACTS OF LAND BEING PART OF LOT 1 OF ALLEN'S SUBDIVISION
OF OUTLOTS 76 AND 77,U.S.P. SURVEY NO. 2199, CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Commencing at the Southeast comer of land now or formerly of Duane T. and Toni L.
Moll as recorded in deed book 550 page 33, Cape Girardeau County records; thence along
the East line of said Moll land, North 061 35'58" West, 21.59 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence continuing along said East line North 061 35' 58" West, 79.31 feet;
thence leaving said East line and continuing the following courses and distances: South 800
02' 36" West, 4.64 feet and South 09° 57' 24" East, 79.17 feet to the Point of Beginning;
ALSO:
