AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF
LATERAL SEWER DISTRICT NO. 14-F, A SUBDIVISION
OF TRUNK SEWER DISTRICT NO. 14, AS ESTABLISHED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 492, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No. 14-F,
a subdivision of Trunk Sewer District No. 14, as established in
Ordinance No. 492, passed and adopted June 17, 1970, are hereby
amended to read as follows:
All of Woodland Hills Subdivision, in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, excepting the West 122 feet of said
subdivision and a tract of land as described as follows:
Commence at the southwest corner of Lot 1 of Block 6 of
Woodland Hills Subdivision; thence South 89030108" East,
610.20 feet along the south line of said subdivision to
a point on the west right of way line of Steven Drive;
thence along said right of way line, South 01000124"
East, 107.12 feet to a point on a curve concave to the
northwest having an angle of 88055114" and a radius of
20.00 feet; thence along said curve, 31.04 feet to a
point on the north right of way line of Lexington Avenue;
thence along said north right of way line, South
87054'50" West, 317.87 feet to a point on a curve concave
to the north having an angle of 01046'01" and a radius of
555.00 feet; thence along said curve 17.12 feet; thence
South 00019'09" East, 5.00 feet; thence South 89040151"
West, 162.20 feet; thence North 61009'48" West, 29.10
feet to a point on the east right of way line of
Perryville Road; thence North 32018'48" West, 25.50 feet;
thence North 26015'27" West, 128.22 feet to the point of
beginning.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
