AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
EMERALD FOREST
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Emerald Forest, that part of
United States Private Survey No. 194 and 787, being in Township
30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by California Homes, Inc., bearing the certification of Wayne
Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated September 27, 2002, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
