AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING PERMANENT STORM SEWER
EASEMENTS FROM BARBARA MASON AND JOHNNIE CARTER
FOR A DRAINAGE PROJECT ON NORTH WATER STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a Permanent Storm Sewer
Easement executed by Barbara Mason conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri an easement
for a stormwater drainage project on North Water Street, more particularly described as follows, to -
wit:
The South Ten (10) feet of Lot Eighteen (18) of Block Three (3) of the Red Star Addition in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as recorded in the County Recorder's
Office in Plat Book 2 at page 45.
ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a Permanent Storm Sewer
Easement executed by Johnnie D. Carter conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri an
easement for a stormwater drainage project on North Water Street, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
The north Five (5) feet of Lot Seventeen (17) of Block Three (3) of the Red Star Addition in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as recorded in the County Recorder's
Office in Plat Book 2 at page 45.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and
approval.
