AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM
DANNY STRATTON FOR PROPERTY AT 522 COLLEGE STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a Quit Claim Deed
executed by Danny Stratton conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri property at 522
College Street, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
The north part of lots 21 and 22 and part of an unnumbered lot in Block 1, Section 5,
Township 30, Range 14 of Giboney-Houck's First Subdivision in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, as described by Collector's Deed in Book 1227, page 15; more fully described in
Book 512, page 935. Except that part sold to the Missouri Department of Highways, as
described in Book 584 at page 199.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and
approval.
