AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
WYANDOTTE ACRES THIRD SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Wyandotte Acres Third
Subdivision, a part of United States Private Survey 2198,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Kenneth H. Ochs and
Gail J. Ochs, bearing the certification of R. Christopher Bowen,
a Registered Land Surveyor, dated September 4, 2002, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
