ORDINANCE NO. 3c:6 _
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, REPEALING CERTAIN NO
PARKING ON VILLAGE DRIVE AND ESTABLISHING NEW
NO PARKING ON VILLAGE DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Village Drive -- the entire inner -circle curb line of the
circle -drive portion of Village Drive, including the east
curb line within the western -most section of Village
Drive, the north curb line of the southern -most section
of Village Drive, and the west curb line of the eastern-
most section of Village Drive.
ARTICLE 2. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Village Drive -- the entire inner -circle curb line of the
circle -drive portion of Village Drive, including the east
curb line within the western -most section of Village
Drive, the north curb line of the southern -most section
of Village Drive, the west curb line of the eastern -most
section of Village Drive, and the south curb line of the
northern -most section of Village Drive.
ARTICLE 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
ARTICLE 4. It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may be
renumbered to accomplish such intention.

ARTICLE 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
