ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
PHYSICIANS ALLIANCE SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Physicians Alliance
Subdivision, a resubdivision of Lots 1 & 2 of Landspec
Subdivision Revised as recorded in the County Recorder's Office
in Plat Book 20 at Page 21 lying in U.S.P.S. 3090, Township 30
North, Range 13 East, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, submitted by Landspec, L.C., and Physicians
Alliance, L.C., bearing the certification of R. Christopher
Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated August 8, 2002, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
