AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
WOODLAND PLACE ELEVENTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Woodland Place Eleventh
Subdivision, being that part of the southeast quarter of Section
23, Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Randol Farms Development, Inc., a Missouri
Corporation, bearing the certification of Scott A. Richards, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated July 9, 2002, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
