AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BROOKSHIRE ESTATES FIFTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Brookshire Estates Fifth
Subdivision, being all of Lots 1 and 2 of Brookshire Estates
Fourth Subdivision corrected as shown in Plat Book 20, Page 51,
located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
submitted by Gary M. Arnold, Owner of Brookshire Estates
Townhouses L.C., bearing the certification of Larry D. Dowdy, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated May 22, 2002, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
