AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF B
AND E WEST THIRD SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of B and E West Third
Subdivision, being that part of Out Lot No. 54 and Part of Out
Lot No. 61 in United States Survey 2199, Township 30 North, Range
13 East, located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, submitted by Charles F. Blattner, Trustee of the
Charles F. Blattner Voluntary Trust of February 26, 1996, Joyce
E. Blattner, Trustee of the Joyce E. Blattner Voluntary Trust of
February 26, 1996, Jerry E. Erlbacher, Trustee of the Jerry E.
Erlbacher Trust U/T/A dated January 30, 1992, and Martha B.
Erlbacher, Trustee of the Jerry E. Erlbacher Trust U/T/A dated
January 30, 1992, bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated May 21, 2002, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
