AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE G OF SECTION 26-249
OF THE CITY CODE REPEALING AND ESTABLISHING TWO-
HOUR PARKING ON NORTH FOUNTAIN STREET, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule G of Section 26-249 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by REPEALING two-hour parking zones in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Fountain - from Bellevue to Themis. [MAN -1645, Item
No. 3, 02-18-811
ARTICLE 2. Schedule G of Section 26-249 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau is hereby amended by
ESTABLISHING a two-hour parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau at the following location:
North Fountain Street, west side, starting at Bellevue
extending south to Broadway, then exclude 65 feet from
the southwest corner of Broadway and North Fountain
Street, and continue south to Themis.
ARTICLE 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
