AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE G OF SECTION
26-249 OF THE CITY CODE, REPEALING AND
ESTABLISHING TWO HOUR PARKING ON BROADWAY AND
FOUNTAIN STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule G of Section 26-249 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by REPEALING two hour parking zones in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Broadway - from Henderson to Water. [MAN -1645, No. 1, 02-18-81]
Fountain - from Bellevue to Themis. [MAN -1645, No. 3,02-18-81]
ARTICLE 2. Schedule G of Section 26-249 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by ESTABLISHING a two hour parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Broadway, north side, starting at Henderson Avenue
extending east to Water Street.
Broadway, south side, starting at Henderson Avenue
extending east to North Fountain, then excluding 138 feet
from the southeast corner of Broadway and North Fountain,
and then continue east to Water Street.
North Fountain Street, west side, starting at Bellevue
extending south to Themis Street.
North Fountain Street, east side, starting at Bellevue
extending south to Broadway, excluding 242 feet 9 inches
south of Broadway, and continuing south to Themis.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
