ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF MT. AUBURN SUBDIVISION NO. 9
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Mt. Auburn Subdivision No. 9,
all of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Mt. Auburn Subdivision No. 7 and all of
Lot No. 11 of Beavercreek Estates, all in the Southwest Quarter
Fractional Section 26, Township 31 North, Range 13 East, located in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by David
Mitchell Kinder, bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated January 23, 2002, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
