ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF CRITES TENTH ADDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Crites Tenth Addition, being a
part of Outlot 82, United States Private Survey Number 2199,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
submitted by Morrill Development, L.L.C., a Missouri Limited
Liability Company, by Charles J. Morrill, Managing Partner, and
West Cape Development Corporation, a Missouri Corporation, by Larry
Haertling, President, bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler,
a Registered Land Surveyor, dated November 6, 2000, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
