ORDINANCE NO. '39 54
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2403 OF THE
CITY RELATING TO THE HOTEL/MOTEL/RESTAURANT
LICENSE TAX.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Article 8 of Ordinance No. 2403 is hereby
amended by deleting the references to "December 31, 2001"
therein and inserting "December 31, 2003" in lieu thereof.
ARTICLE 2. Except as amended hereby, the provisions of
Ordinance No. 2403 are hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
ARTICLE 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect 10 days after its
passage and approval.
