ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE T OF SECTION
26-260 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING
HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES ON BROADWAY AND ON
NORTH LORIMIER STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule T of Section 26-260 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing handicapped parking spaces in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Broadway -- North side, west of Sprigg Street, beginning
one hundred three (103) feet from the back of curb on
Sprigg Street for a distance of twenty-five (25) feet.
North Lorimier Street -- West side, south of Broadway,
beginning thirty (30) feet from the back of curb on
Broadway for a distance of twenty-five (25) feet.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
