AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF B AND E WEST SECOND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of B and E West Second
Subdivision, part of Out Lot 54 of U.S.P. Survey 2199, Township 30
North, Range 13 East, located in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Charles F. Blattner, Trustee of
the Charles F. Blattner Voluntary Trust of February 26th, 1996 and
Joyce E. Blattner Trustee of the Joyce E. Blattner Voluntary Trust
of February 26th, 1996 and Jerry E. Erlbacher and Martha B.
Erlbacher, Trustees of the Jerry E. Erlbacher Trust U/T/A dated
January 30th, 1992, bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated October 5, 2001, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
