AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED TO ST.
FRANCIS HOSPITAL OF FRANCISCAN SISTERS, FOR
UNNEEDED RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE SILVER SPRINGS
ROAD PROJECT, NORTH OF WILLIAM STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute a
Special Warranty Deed to St. Francis Hospital of Franciscan
Sisters, a Missouri pro forma decree not-for-profit corporation,
for the unneeded right-of-way for the Silver Springs Road
project, North of William Street, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
THAT PART OF OUTLOT 84 OF U.S.P. SURVEY 2199, TOWNSHIP
30 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Commence at the Southwest corner of First Park West
Professional Plaza, also being the Southwest corner of
Lot 14 of said subdivision; thence South 840 47' East,
200.00 feet to the point of beginning, also being the
Southeast corner of said Lot 14; thence along the arc
of a non -tangent curve to the left having a radius of
480.00 feet, a distance of 106.06 feet; thence South
080 40' 48" East, 191.79 feet; thence South 050 13'
West, 336.90 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to
the left having a radius of 190.00 feet, a distance of
132.28 feet; thence North 840 54' West, 72.43 feet;
thence along the arc of a curve to the right having a
radius of 250.00 feet, a distance of 127.45 feet;
thence North 050 13' East, 628.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning and containing 35,387.5 square feet, more or
less.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance will be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
