The record plat of Universal Real Estate Inc., Townhouse No. 1 - Amended, all of Lot 2, Lexington Place Second Subdivision in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Universal Real Estate Incorporated, by Bradley J. Haertling, President, bearing the certification of Larry D. Dowdy, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated July 2, 2001, is hereby approved. ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. ARTICLE 3.
