ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF SHERWOOD VALLEY SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Sherwood Valley Subdivision,
all of Lot 8 of Brookwood Hills Subdivision, a subdivision on file
in the land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, in Plat
Book 6 at Page 9, and that part of Fractional Section 25, Township
31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Shirley A.
Harrison, a single person, bearing the certification of Wayne
Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated August 10, 2001, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
