ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, REPEALING AND
ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ON HENDERSON AVENUE,
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by REPEALING a no parking zone in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
Henderson Avenue, west curb line, beginning at the
southwest corner of Henderson Avenue and Normal Avenue
and extending southward along the west curb line of
Henderson Avenue for a distance of 157 feet, terminating
at a driveway. [CHA-1342, Item No. 1, 05-17-93]
ARTICLE 2. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by ESTABLISHING a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Henderson Avenue -- east and west sides, from the
intersection of Normal Avenue and Henderson Avenue, south
to the intersection of Henderson Avenue and Broadway.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
