AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED,
PERMANENT EASEMENT AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
EASEMENT FROM CHARLES L. DRURY, TRUSTEE OF CHARLES
L. DRURY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 6, 1989 FOR THE
BLOOMFIELD ROAD H PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a General Warranty Deed
executed by Charles L. Drury, Trustee of Charles L. Drury Revocable Trust Dated March 6, 1989
conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri property for the Bloomfield Road II project, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 18 OF BLATTNER SECOND WEST SUBDIVISION IN
THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS SHOWN
BY PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16 AT PAGE 38, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Lot 18; thence South 19°06'22" East, 149.94
feet, to the place of beginning; thence continue South 19°06'22"East, 18.09 feet, to the
North line of Bloomfield Road; thence along said North line, North 60°51'00" East,
235.65 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 20.00 feet, a
distance of 17.50 feet to a point on the arc of a non tangent curve; thence in a
Southwesterly direction along the arc of said curve, being concave to the Northwest and
having a radius of 3095.00 feet, a distance of 121.78 feet, (the chord across said arc bears
South 62°44'29" West, 121.77 feet); thence South 63°51'01" West, 126.11 feet; to the place
of beginning and containing 2,894 square feet, more or less.
ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a Permanent Easement
executed by Charles L. Drury, Trustee of Charles L. Drury Revocable Trust Dated March 6, 1989
conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri an easement for the Bloomfield Road H project,
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 18 OF BLATTNER SECOND WEST SUBDIVISION IN
THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS SHOWN
BY PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16 AT PAGE 38, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Lot 18; thence South 19006'22" East, 149.94
feet; thence North 63°51'01" East, 33.18 feet to the place of beginning; thence continue
North 63°51'01" East, 11.44 feet; thence North 55°10'48" West, 17.50 feet; thence South
34"49'02" West, 10.00 feet; thence South 55°10'53" East, 11.95 feet to the place of

beginning and containing 543 square feet, more or less.
ARTICLE 3. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a Temporary
Construction Easement executed by Charles L. Drury, Trustee of Charles L. Drury Revocable Trust
Dated March 6, 1989 conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri an easement for the
Bloomfield Road II project, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 18 OF BLATTNER SECOND WEST SUBDIVISION IN
THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS SHOWN
BY PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16 AT PAGE 38, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Lot 18; thence South 19°06'22" East, 97.26
feet, to the place of beginning; thence North 70°53'41" East, 31.64 feet; thence South
87°24'19" East, 52.79 feet; thence North 67°16'15" East, 72.01 feet; thence North
79°08'01" East, 54.63 feet; thence North 25°47'42" East, 53.69 feet, to the Southwest right
of way line of Silver Springs Road; thence with said Southwest line, South 28°50'31"
East, 8.81 feet; thence South 22°05'51" West, 40.84 feet; thence along the arc of a non -
tangent curve being concave to the Northwest and having a radius of 3095.00 feet, a
distance of 94.64 feet (the chord of said arc bears South 62°59'33" West, 94.64 feet);
thence South 63°51'01" West, 81.71; thence North 55°10'48" West, 17.50 feet; thence
South 34°49'02" West, 10.00 feet; thence South 55'10'53" East, 11.95 feet; thence South
63°51'01" West, 33.18 feet; thence North 19°06'22" West, 52.68 feet, to the place of
beginning and containing 5,757 square feet, more or less.
ARTICLE 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and
approval.
