AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY
DEED AND A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM RANDOL FARMS
DEVELOPMENT, INC. FOR THE KENT DRIVE PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a General Warranty Deed
executed by Randol Farms Development, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri property for the Kent Drive project, more particularly described as follows, to -
wit:
A part of Lot 2 of Woodland Place Ninth Subdivision in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 2 of Woodland Place Ninth Subdivision; thence,
along the North line of said Lot 2, South 89°56'17" West, 37.54 feet; thence, South
89°17'57" West, 95.00 feet; thence, South 89°56'36" West, 109.95 feet to a point;
thence, Southeasterly along a curve to the left, having a radius of 132.00 feet, a length
of 117.35 feet; thence, South 50°57'43" East, 104.37 feet; thence, along a curve to the
right, having a radius of 182.00 feet, a length of 158.98 feet; thence, South 00054'37"
East, 59.97 feet; thence, along a curve to the left, having a radius of 22.00 feet, a length
of 34.56 feet, to a point on the North right-of-way line of Lexington Avenue; thence,
along said right-of-way line, South 89°05'23" West, 93.99 feet to a point; thence
leaving said right-of-way line along a curve to the left, having a radius of 22.00 feet, a
length of 34.56 feet; thence, North 00°54'37" West, 59.97 feet; thence, along a curve
to the left, having a radius of 132.00 feet, a length of 115.31 feet; thence, North
50°57'43" West, 104.37 feet; thence, along a curve to the right, having a radius of
182.00 feet, a length of 161.78 feet, to point on the North line of Lot 2 of Woodland
Place Ninth Subdivision; thence, North 89°57'35" East, 49.99 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a Quit Claim Deed
executed by Randol Farms Development, Inc., a Missouri corporation, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri property for the Kent Drive project, more particularly described as follows, to -
wit:
A tract of land being in the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 31 North, Range 13
East, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows:

Commence at the Southeast corner of Section 23; thence North 00053'00" East, 374.42 feet to
the point of beginning; thence North 88043'10" West, 232.91 feet to a point; thence North
00°53'00" East, 15.00 feet to a point; thence South 88°43'10" East, 232.91 feet to a point;
thence South 00°53'00" West, 15.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and
approval.
