ORDINANCE NO. a2 19
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF McDONALD'S SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of McDonald's Subdivision, the
east half of vacated Helena Avenue, all of Lots 4 through 8 and
part of Lot 9 in Block No. 2 in Oak Park Subdivision, a subdivision
on file in the land records of Cape Girardeau County in Plat Book
4 on Page 6, City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted
by McDonald's Real Estate Company of Columbia, Maryland, bearing
the certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated July 6, 2001, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
