AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF
LATERAL SEWER DISTRICT NO. 16-G, A SUBDIVISION
OF TRUNK SEWER DISTRICT NO. 16, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. That the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No.
16-G, a subdivision of Trunk Sewer District No. 16 in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall be as follows:
Cape West Mobile Home Park
Phase I
Commence at the Northwest corner of Lot No.l of Cape
West 8th Subdivision; thence North 270 10' 54" West, 63.51
feet to the point of beginning; thence west along south
line of said Cape West Mobile Home Park, North 850 01'
35" West, 1523.20 feet to a point being the Southwest
corner of said Cape West Mobile Home Park; thence north
along west line of said Cape West Mobile Home Park, North
060 54' 52" East, 840.17 feet to a point being the
Northwest corner of said Cape West Mobile Home Park;
thence east along north line of said Cape West Mobile
Home Park, South 850 01' 35" East, 966.88 feet to a point
being the Northeast corner of said Cape West Mobile Home
Park; thence south along east line of said Cape West
Mobile Home Park, South 270 10' 54" East, 991.82 feet to
the point of beginning.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and rapproval.
