AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF MID CITY BUSINESS CENTRE SECOND
SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Mid City Business Centre Second
Subdivision, a minor subdivision of a part of Lot 1 of Westborough
Subdivision, lying in the Rodney Arpen Tract, U.S.P.S. 2199,
Township 30 North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Harry W. Rust and Barbara Rust,
husband and wife, Stockard Properties, Inc., a Missouri
Corporation, and Dexter Bar-B-Que, Inc., a Missouri Corporation,
bearing the certification of Timothy Lee White, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated June 13, 2001, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
