ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF MID CITY BUSINESS CENTRE SECOND
SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Mid City Business Centre Second
Subdivision, a minor subdivision of a part of Lot 1 of Westborough
Subdivision, lying in the Rodney Arpen Tract, U.S.P.S. 2199,
Township 30 North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Harry W. Rust and Barbara Rose
Rust, husband and wife, bearing the certification of Timothy Lee
White, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated May 8, 2001, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
