AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF MITCHELL KINDER FIRST TOWNHOUSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Mitchell Kinder First
Townhouses, all of Lot 11 of Lexington Place Second Subdivision, in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and recorded in
Plat Book 17 at Page 64 in the Cape Girardeau County Recorder's
Office in Jackson, Missouri, submitted by David Mitchell Kinder,
bearing the certification of Larry D. Dowdy, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated April 14, 2001, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
