ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CAPE
GIRARDEAU SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 63, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates from the unappropriated balance of
the General Fund for expenditure during the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2001, the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), in
accordance with the terms of the Radio and TV Broadcasting Studio
Cooperation Agreement, executed December 18, 2000, for Cape
Girardeau School District No. 63.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval. h
