AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY REPEALING STOP
SIGNS ON HOPPER ROAD, HIGHLAND DRIVE, HUNZE
DRIVE, GLENVIEW DRIVE AND PHEASANT COVE, AND
BY PLACING STOP SIGNS ON OLD HOPPER ROAD,
HUNZE DRIVE, GLENVIEW DRIVE, PHEASANT COVE,
STAG POINTE AND HIGHLAND DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
On Hopper at Mt. Auburn facing west. [MAN -869, 02-06-741
On Highland at Hopper -facing south. [MAN -1229, 08-03-771
On Hunze at Hopper -facing north. [MAN -1229, 08-03-771
On Glenview at Hopper, southeast corner facing south.

Pheasant Cove at Hopper, northwest corner facing north.

ARTICLE 2. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
On "Old Hopper Road" at Mt. Auburn on the southwest
corner facing west.
On Hunze at "Old Hopper Road" on the northwest corner
facing north.
On Glenview at "Old Hopper Road" on the southeast corner
facing south.
On Pheasant Cove at "Old Hopper Road" on the northwest
corner facing north.
On Stag Pointe at "Old Hopper Road" on the northwest
corner facing north.
On Highland Drive at "Old Hopper Road" on the southeast
corner facing south.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
