ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A WATER LINE EASEMENT
FROM M. DALE BEAIRD AND JANIE M. BEAIRD, FOR
IMPROVEMENTS IN GOLDEN EAGLE SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Water Line Easement, executed by M. Dale Beaird and Janie
M. Beaird, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a Water Line Easement for improvements in
Golden Eagle Subdivision, more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
A strip of land being 15.0 feet in width across a portion
of Lot 5 of Golden Eagle Subdivision in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shown in Plat Book
19, Page 94, being 7.5 feet either side of the following
described centerline, to -wit: Commence at the northwest
corner of Lot 5 of said Subdivision; thence N 890 18' 00"
E along the North line of said Lot 5, 107.33 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence S 00 28' 45" E, 72.81 feet;
thence S 20 46' 29" W, 67.78 feet to the intersection of
the northerly R/W Line of the cul-de-sac on Golden Eagle
Court and there terminating.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
