AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
CARTER ESTATES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Carter Estates, a resubdivision
of all of Lots 4, 5, 8, 9, and 10 and part of Lots 3 & 7 of
Seabaugh's Third Subdivision, a subdivision in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and recorded in the Plat Book 5 at Page
14 in the Cape Girardeau County Recorder's Office in Jackson,
Missouri, submitted by Habitat for Humanity - Cape Area, by William
W. Cheeseman, President, bearing the certification of Jay Donnelly,
a Registered Land Surveyor, dated April 11, 2001.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
