ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
ENGRAM FARMS FOURTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Engram Farms Fourth
Subdivision, a resubdivision of Lot 1 of Engram Farms Third
Subdivision and a subdivision of a part of Fractional Section 35,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Ted J. Hahn and Lorraine V. Hahn,
husband and wife, bearing the certification of R. Christopher
Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated April 2, 2001.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
