ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF WINKS SUBDIVISION NUMBER 1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Winks Subdivision Number 1,
Part of Survey 2198 and being located in the Southwest Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter, Section 24, Township 31 North, Range 13
East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by
Host Enterprises, Inc., a Missouri Corporation and American Retail
Services #1, L.L.C., bearing the certification of Larry D. Dowdy,
a Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 22, 2001.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
