AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, REPEALING CERTAIN NO
PARKING ON BROADWAY AND ESTABLISHING NEW NO
PARKING ON BROADWAY, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Broadway -- both sides, 60 feet east and west from
Sprigg. [CHA-61, 5-4-831
ARTICLE 2. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing no parking zones in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Broadway, north side, west of Sprigg Street, 103 feet
from back of curb of Sprigg Street.
Broadway, south side, west of Sprigg Street, 95 feet from
back of curb of Sprigg Street.
Broadway, north side, east of Sprigg Street, 95 feet from
back of curb of Sprigg Street.
Broadway, south side, east of Sprigg Street, 103 feet
from back of curb of Sprigg Street.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
