AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING GENERAL WARRANTY DEEDS,
PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENTS, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
EASEMENTS AND AN INGRESS -EGRESS EASEMENT FROM ARMSTRONG
HERITAGE, INC., MIDAMERICA HOTELS CORPORATION, EDWARD L.
SNIDER AND LURLYNE L. SNIDER, AND THE CAPE GIRARDEAU
SCHOOL BOARD FOR THE EXTENSION OF SOUTHERN EXPRESSWAY
AND THE REALIGNED SILVER SPRINGS/MT. AUBURN INTERSECTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
• ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts an Ingress -Egress
Easement executed by Armstrong Heritage, Inc. conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri an
easement for the realigned Silver Springs/Mt. Auburn Road intersection, more particularly described
as follows, to -wit:
A PART OF UNITED STATES PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 174, TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH,
RANGE 13 EAST OF THE FIFTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY AND COUNTY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
