AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO L. TAYLOR BAHN AND NANCY
JO BARN, FOR THE HENDERSON/NEW MADRID STREET
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute a Quit Claim
Deed to L. Taylor Bahn and Nancy Jo Bahn, for the Henderson/New
Madrid Street intersection improvement project, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot #1 of Block #14
of Normal Heights as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 59;
thence North 000 26' 03" West 65 feet to a point; thence
North 890 20' 57" East, 42.49 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence North 390 06' 30" East, 17.84 feet to
a point; thence North 840 01' 41" East, 86.94 feet to the
intersection of a non -tangent curve with a radius of 127
feet with a radius point bearing North 42° 18' 10" West,
continue along the curve in a Southwesterly direction
40.76 feet to a point; thence South 890 20' 57" West,
63.73 feet to the True Point of Beginning, containing an
area of 1285.96 feet more or less.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance will be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
