AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247, SCHEDULE G OF SECTION 26-249, AND
SCHEDULE P OF SECTION 26-248, OF THE CITY
CODE, RELATING TO PARKING ON PACIFIC STREET
BETWEEN NORMAL AVENUE AND ALTA VISTA DRIVE, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule G of Section 26-249 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing two hour parking in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Pacific Street, between Normal Avenue and Alta Vista
Drive, 6:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. [Ord.

ARTICLE 2. Schedule P of Section 26-248 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing limited parking, between the hours of 8:00
A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Pacific Street, starting at the south curb line of Alta
Vista running south in a southerly direction along the
east curb line of Pacific Street some two hundred (200)

ARTICLE 3. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Pacific Street, east side, beginning at the southeast
corner of the intersection of Alta Vista Drive and
Pacific Street southward along the east curb line of
Pacific Street, starting at a point 160 feet south of the
intersection of Pacific and Alta Vista Drive, and
extending southward a distance of 27 feet. [Ord. 925, October

ARTICLE 4. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Pacific Street, east side, beginning at the southeast
corner of the intersection of Alta Vista Drive and North
Pacific southward along the east curb a distance of 200
feet.
ARTICLE 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
