AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF TEN MILE HIGH SECOND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Ten Mile High Second
Subdivision, all of Lots 4, 5, and 6 of B. C. Hardesty Subdivision,
part of vacated Lorimier Street, and part of Lot No. 11 in Range
"F", City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by
David C. Epps, bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 23, 2001.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
