AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM JERRY R. SCHWAB
AND PHYLLIS J. SCHWAB, FOR THE WIDENING OF
RODNEY STREET AND REPLACEMENT OF THE BRIDGE
OVER CAPE LA CROIX CREEK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Temporary Construction Easement, executed by Jerry R.
Schwab and Phyllis J. Schwab, husband and wife, conveying to the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a Temporary Construction
Easement for the widening of Rodney Street and replacement of the
bridge over Cape LaCroix Creek, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
A part of Lots numbered one (1), two (2) and three (3)
in block numbered one (1) of Crites 3rd Addition to
the City of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, as shown
by plat recorded in Plat Book 10 at Page 2 in the land
records of the County Recorder's Office, being more
particularly described as follows:
The east five (5) feet of said lots numbered one, two,
and three; and the northerly sixty (60) feet of said
lot number one.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
