AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRAN'T'Y DEED,
PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENTS, A PERMANENT STORM
SEWER EASEMENT AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS
FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS FOR THE NEW MADRID
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a Temporary
Construction Easement executed by Esther Aufdenberg, a single person, surviving spouse of Arnold
Aufdenberg, who died on the 4th day of February, 1980, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri an easement for the New Madrid Street Improvement Project, more particularly described
as follows, to -wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 15, BLOCK NO.8 OF MONTICELLO ADDITION, A
SUBDIVISION ON FILE IN THE LAND RECORDS OF CAPE GIRARDEAU
COUNTY, IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF
MISSOURI, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN at the southeast corner of lot 15, block No. 8, said point being on the
north Right of Way line of New Madrid Street; thence leaving said Right of Way
line of New Madrid Street North 6°5228" East 10.00 feet; thence North 83°00'32"
