AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF ARNOLD FIRST TOWNHOUSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Arnold First Townhouses, all of
Lot 9, Lexington Place Second Subdivision, (Plat Book 17, Page 64),
City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Gary M.
Arnold, Trustee of the Gary M. Arnold Trust dated November 20,
1995, bearing the certification of Larry D. Dowdy, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated December 29, 2000.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3.
