ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF "TEN MILE HIGH" SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of "Ten Mile High" Subdivision,
part of Lot No. 4 in Range "F" and parts of vacated Bellevue
Street, and Spanish Street, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, submitted by David C. Epps, bearing the certification of
Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated January 22, 2001.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in
ten days after its passage and approval.
