AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE A OF
SECTION 26-228 OF THE CITY CODE,
ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMITS ON A ROUNDABOUT
AT SILVER SPRINGS ROAD AND GORDONVILLE
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing speed limits in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
Roundabout -- at the intersection of Silver Springs
Road and Gordonville Road, 160 feet from the
intersection center in all four directions
encompassing the entire radius of the roundabout,
fifteen (15) miles per hour.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
