ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE K OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING YIELD
SIGNS ON SILVER SPRINGS ROAD AND ON
GORDONVILLE ROAD, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule K of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing yield signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
Silver Springs Road at Gordonville Road, on southeast
roundabout approach, east side.
Silver Springs Road at Gordonville Road, on northwest
roundabout approach, west side.
Gordonville Road at Silver Springs Road, on northeast
roundabout approach, north side.
Gordonville Road at Silver Springs Road, on southwest
roundabout approach, south side.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
