AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
FROM CHARLOTTE ANN SARGENT, MABETH MCCLUER BLACK,
JULIE JO CANTRELL, FRANK P. CANTRELL, JR. AND KATHLEEN
CANTRELL FOR THE SLOAN CREEK RELIEF SEWER PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a General Warranty Deed
executed by Charlotte Ann Sargent, Mabeth McCluer Black, Julie Jo Cantrell, Frank P. Cantrell, Jr.
and Kathleen Cantrell conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri property for the Sloan
Creek Relief Sewer project, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot Two (2) of Sloan's Farm Subdivision of Out Lots Sixty-nine (69) and Seventy-one (71) in
U.S.P.S. 2199 in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as set out in Plat recorded
in Plat Book 1 at page 18.
LESS AND EXCEPT:
Those lands as set out in the Plat of Green Meadows, a subdivision in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as set out in plat recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 11.
ALSO EXCEPT:
Those lands conveyed to J.M. Reddick in Warranty Deed recorded February 3, 1951 in Book
150 at page 154.
ALSO EXCEPT:
Those lands conveyed to Joseph M. Reddick in Wararnty Deed recorded December 30, 1952 in
Book 155 at page 572.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and
approval.
