ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, REPEALING CERTAIN NO
PARKING ON NORMAL AVENUE AND ESTABLISHING NEW
NO PARKING ON NORMAL AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Normal Avenue -- south side, beginning at a point 526
feet west of Pacific Street, continuing westerly along
the south curb line for a distance of 161 feet and there
terminating.
ARTICLE 2. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Normal Avenue -- south side, beginning at a point 526
feet west of Pacific Street, continuing westerly along
the south curb line a distance of 223 feet and there
terminating.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
