AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE Q OF SECTION
26-258 OF THE CITY CODE, REPEALING CERTAIN
PARKING AT THE AIRPORT AND ESTABLISHING NEW
PARKING AT THE AIRPORT, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule Q of Section 26-258 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing parking zones at the Airport, in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Beginning at the southernmost row:
Row 1: Cape Central Customer Parking.
Row 2: 6 westernmost spaces for Hertz; the
remaining spaces for 2 hour public
parking.
Row 3: 6 westernmost spaces for National Car
Rental; the remaining spaces for two hour
public parking.
Row[s] 4--7: Two hour public parking.
Row[s] 8, 9: Long term and overnight public parking.
Row[s] 10--13: Employee parking.
Row 14: Car rental parking.
ARTICLE 2. Schedule Q of Section 26-258 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing parking zones at the Airport, in the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Starting at the southernmost row:
Row 1: 2 Hour Terminal Building Parking
Row 2: 2 Hour Terminal Building Parking
Row 3: 2 Hour Terminal Building Parking
Row 4: National Car Rental Parking
Row 5: National Car Rental Parking
Row 6: Hertz Rent a Car Parking
Row 7: Car Rental Return Parking
Row 8: Terminal Building Parking
Row 9: Terminal Building Parking
Row 10: Terminal Building Parking
Row 11: Terminal Building Parking
Row 12: Terminal Building Parking
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
